Dear Band Students and Parents,

Another year for the East Allegheny band has begun with our 2009 marching band show, "The Lion King".  As you know, this is only one of many performances that the band will do this year.  Below, I am including dates for all performances throughout the year.  Please make note of the District Band dates.  Any student wishing to audition for District Band should know that all applications are due to me by October 28, 2009.  District Band will be held at Gateway HS February 10-12, 2010.  Please mark your calendar.

Post Marching Band Performance Schedule:

October 28 - District Band applications are due.

November 28 - Celebrate the Seasons Parade

December 9 - High School Band Holiday Concert

Winter Ensemble - TBA

February 10-12, 2010 - District Band, Gateway HS

April/May, 2010 - Music Dept. Spring Trip

May 19, 2010 - Spring Concert

May 31, 2010 - Memorial Day services

June 14, 2010 - Graduation
