PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

 

It is that time of the year again.  Our home show is Saturday October 31st and we need your help to make this event successful.  Our day will begin with a brief training session at 9am or 10am for those who are new; 11am – cookie set-up; 11 am-3pm other area set-up; 3pm- all volunteers report/report back to school.  This will be a long day but we worth the effort.  If you are able to volunteer your services, please write your name, contact information, task, and time available for that day in the area below.  You may have your student return the form to Annie Polka for Matt Polka or Nicole Nicholson; you can email your selection to eawildcatband@aol.com, or to bandmom_2008@verizon.net.

The University of Pittsburgh Marching Band volunteered to assist us host our show; CAN WE COUNT ON YOU TOO!!!
